Day 2: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Today go to Kibale Forest National Park located in the Western part of Uganda a few kilometers off Fort portal Town. En-route have lunch then later arrive at Kibale Forest National Park after 6 to 7 hours. On arrival, check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Kibale Forest Camp.
Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale Forest National Park
Today is Chimpanzee Tracking Day so after early morning breakfast at 6:30 am, go to the park headquarters for short briefing on conduct around the Chimpanzees. Later proceed to the kanyanchu Visitor’s Center where you leave from to enter the forest to trek the Chimpanzees. After a while, you meet the Chimpanzees and take many photos to keep for an hour. Later, return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Kibale Forest Camp.
Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park
On this Day, wake up have breakfast then transfer to the stunning Bwindi Forest National Park. The journey takes you some hours and after a while you reach the Park with en-route lunch then check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Community Bandas.
Day 5: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest
Very Early morning breakfast then transfer to headquarters for precise briefing on conduct around the majestic Mountain Gorillas. Later you are allocated into groups of 8 with a park ranger who leads you into the green forest vegetation to trek Gorillas for 3-5 hours depending on current location in the forest.
After, you shall meet the Gorillas and stay in their presence for an hour with camera taking photos to keep. After the trekking Adventure, return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Community Bandas.
Day 6: Depart to Kampala/ Entebbe
Today have breakfast then with all luggage, embark on departure to Kampala or Entebbe International Airport to board flight back home.
